Since moving Nosh to Boutique 25, we are now able to offer you our usual top-quality drinking and dining experience in one of our three individually designed dining areas, as well as our al-fresco patio area.
Business partners Darren Dunn, Anthony Fenwick-Scott and Stuart Procter were the driving force behind the original Nosh. Since opening Boutique 25 in December 2007, they have been joined by a fourth partner, Andy Davidson. Darren has worked in the hospitality industry in this area for many years, working previously at the Black Horse in Skipton, Crescent in Ilkley and Cutlers on the Stray in Harrogate. Anthony started his career in Harrogate and gained the majority of his experience in high quality establishments in the South of the country. Stuart's strong family and friends contacts helped kick start the original Nosh into the place to eat and drink in the area.
Skipton was always the first choice for the business, knowing the area, with many family and friends around and knowing what was already available. We also knew from our experiences that Skipton needed and deserved something different.
Nosh offers something different for Skipton, being unlike any other restaurant in town. Moving away from the traditional look, the décor at nosh is something you may find in a large city centre bar and restaurant. It is minimal yet warm and comfortable with some unusual design features. The design is something the customers appreciate and enjoy, but the main reason for our success is the food.
By offering something modern and of high quality - and different, nosh has become hugely popular with local people, many of them becoming "regular" drinkers and diners. In November 2005 nosh won the Craven Business Awards "Restaurant of the Year" which we are very proud of.
